ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon successful placement of the order, customers will receive a detailed order confirmation email and WhatsApp notification containing comprehensive purchase details.

Customers are expected to promptly review the order confirmation and notify Star Kidz’ of any discrepancies or concerns.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We acknowledge that circumstances may arise prompting you to cancel your order. To streamline this process and alleviate any potential complications, we adhere to a straightforward cancellation policy.

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. In the event of prepayment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.

Recognizing the importance of expeditious processing, any cancellations to orders must be submitted within four hours of order placement.

Customers must promptly contact our dedicated customer service team for cancellations. However, please note that changes for orders are not possible.

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

  • The prices listed on our website at the time of purchase are considered final.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept various payment methods, including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery.

  • To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card/ debit card/ net banking (mobile or internet) details will be encrypted.
  • Other than where payment is by cash of delivery, the payment will be due and payable immediately at the time of placing the order.
  • When you click "Authorise payment ", you are confirming that the credit card is yours.

Credit cards and debit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuing entity. If the entity does not authorise the payment (either by credit card / debit card / bank transfer), we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and we will be unable to conclude any contract with you.

Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.

If for any reason we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and concerted efforts will be made to rectify the situation.

For the purpose of these Conditions, the "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place or the order "delivered" as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


Star Kidz’ bears no responsibility for packages deemed lost or stolen subsequent to carrier confirmation of delivery. It is incumbent upon customers to ensure the availability of a recipient or designate a secure delivery location.


RETURNS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY


In the event of a package being returned due to non-delivery (e.g., erroneous address), customers assume responsibility for additional shipping costs incurred for package reshipment.

It is imperative for both the brand and its customers to adhere strictly to these policies and procedures to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. Any deviations from these guidelines may result in consequences outlined in our terms of service.
