Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
Refunds
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery(COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit or a Coupon only. These can be used for future purchases at Star Kidz. This process will start once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the returned product and will be credited to the original payment method. This process will start once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition
Pick Up Attempts
Two attempts will be made to pick up the products. If unsuccessful, the customer must hand over the item to us. Availability depends on your pin code.
Returns and Exchange
Available within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the returned product to reach us.

If reverse pick up is unavailable in your pin code, please courier the product to the address below:

Return Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. The product must be unused, with its original packaging and tags intact. Used or damaged products will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety standards for kids.
Exclusions
- Products bought under BOGO[Buy One Get One Free] or free product deals are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Used products cannot be returned
- Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned again
- Only one exchange request per product will be accepted unless there is a brand fault like a defective or wrong product received
- Please double check the size, color and product while placing an exchange request
- Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
